About Ezelda
I was a school teacher for 3 years and making the decision to open my Daycare was a natural one for me. I get to use my experience from teaching and benefit from the 30 ECE credits I completed.

Ezelda's Daycare accepts children from
3 months to 4 years old.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30pm.

Both of our boys have gone to Ezelda’s. When your biggest concern is that they get too much love, you know you’ve found the right place! Our oldest, who is now in preschool, still loves to go in when we pick up his little brother so he can say hi to everybody and be smothered in hugs and kisses from Ezelda and her staff. What a wonderful way for the children to spend their day. From the healthy organic menu, to the library, the Farmer’s Market, music time, story time, and all of the amazing art that comes home with them. Because Ezelda runs the daycare like a preschool, our oldest child’s transition was a non-event. She is an incredibly nurturing person who also does a great job supporting each child’s individuality and independence. We view Ezelda and her staff as an extended part of our family, working together to raise kind, generous, inquisitive, and balanced children.
When I was searching for child care for my first child, I looked at everything from a nanny to daycare. I just wanted the best for my daughter so I was leaning towards a nanny. But after asking friends and locals here in Marin, Ezeldas Daycare kept coming up. From the first day my daughter set foot in Ezeldas she was loved and cared for like she was at home. Every morning when I would drop her off she would be greeted with hugs and kisses. Once she went through that front door she never looked back to say goodbye. She knew she was in for a great day of all her favorite things. When my daughter moved on to Montessori she was the top of her preschool class. I feel that a lot of this has to do with the knowledge she gained at the daycare. Now 2 years later I am so excited for my son to experience this same magical place………

I can say without hesitation or pause that Ezelda’s Daycare is by far the most loving, nurturing, safe and complete daycare out there (and my wife and I spent a long time interviewing and researching all types of daycare homes/facilities/environments).
Ezelda and her care givers have provided our children with a wonderfully safe and loving learning environment with a small group ratio. Our children have formed relationships that are priceless – not only with Ezelda and the other caregivers but their classmates as well. They are not just “givers of care” to our daughters – but rather much more like members of our own family. We have entrusted the development, security and love our children’s lives to Ezelda and we could not be happier.
Our oldest daughter “graduated” about 8 months ago and her new school has commented that they have never seen a more polite, articulate and caring child. She adjusted right away. My wife and I know this has a lot to do with the care she had received at Ezelda’s.
Ezelda provides the children with very well-balanced, healthy and organic meals. Ezelda and the other teachers take them to some local places, including the library, farmer’s market and even the local pet store. She has different specialists visit each week, including a music teacher.
There are always holiday parties for the who family and we have even met some wonderful friends ourselves.
